Membership

The membership year shall run from January 1st to December 31st of each year.  Dues shall be payable to the Club Secretary before January 1st of the new year.


Meetings - Most of our business is done by email or mail.  Members are sent updates regularly through out the year.  We try to have a an annual meeting in spring of every year.


Training - Within our membership there is extensive experience in both Field Trials and Gun Dog training.  Formal training sessions are set up for club members and anyone that might be interested in working their dogs in the field.


Field Trials and Hunt Tests - The club tries to conduct fun events for our club members and their family and guest in which hunting and field trial dogs can enjoy the format.  In fall we hold our AKC Licensed Field Trial.  If enough interest is shown, we also try to hold a Hunt Test during the summer.   Members are asked to contribute their free time to insure success for these events by working the event, providing ads for the catalog, or giving support.  There shall be NO intensive or abusive training on the grounds during any AKC function or training sessions.  We also ask that small children present at the trial or events be under parent supervision at all times.  Blaze orange must be worn in the field.
